          It is to encourage the students of an entire class to acknowledge that everyone has a personality of their own and that every student shoul be respected. It is like saying bully free classroom but in an elegant way. If you have a friend who is a teacher, I highly recommend this as a gift. Females, if you have an appreciation for respectful males like I do, it is a great gift.
