Order Processing & Delivery Expectations

Depending on the combination of items you order, the order processing time will vary. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment.Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Our International Business is closing down, and we are unable to honor any replacements after the 24th of December.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods (Photo Returns):
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. We will not be issuing replacements after December 24th. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive and email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund or make a return after December 24th, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item. Refund Payments
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. Except in the case of Photo Returns, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a product in a different size or for a different item, please return the item for a refund using the method described in "Other Returns" and place a new order.

Shipping Limitations

Many customs agencies have imposed a size limitation on all foreign parcels. The maximum size limit for rectangular-shaped parcels is 107 centimeters in length and 201 centimeters in height (Maximum length and girth combined: 274 centimeters). This applies to all countries except the following:

France (including Monaco)
Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Hong Kong
Republic of Ireland (Southern Ireland)
San Marino
Vatican City

If an order placed exceeds the maximum limit, will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

What is priority processing?
You will receive priority processing if you select Expedited or Overnight shipping during checkout. This means that your order will move to the front of the line to be handled immediately. Depending on the item(s) you order, this can reduce your processing time by up to 3 days, thus allowing your package to be shipped out faster.

How will I know when my order ships?
When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs & can I add a gift note?
During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own personal gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip. Additionally you can use our free E-cards. Simply find the image on our Web site and click on the "Send This Image as Free E-Card" link. You can use this free service to notify the recipient that the gift is on its way.

How is my order packaged?
The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment:

Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of these items, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.

  • Posters and Art Prints:
    Rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.
  • Glossy Photos and Photo Cards:
    Packaged and protected in a flat 23 cm x 30 cmstandard cardboard envelope.
  • Decorative Mirrors, Canvas Transfers, Mounted Items and Framed Items:
    Covered with protective wrap and packaged in a durable cardboard box.
  • Gift Packaging:
    During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping service.

What if there's a problem with my order? How do I return it?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship almost everywhere in the world! When you are placing an order, on the "Shipping Information" page where you enter your name and address, you can select your country from the drop-down list. If your country is not listed, then we are unable to ship to that location.
